JDM Mobile Installations

To whom it may concern,

I am a Regional Manager for Safe Fleet serving the Transit vertical market covering Montana west.  In previous positions, cameras and camera installations were always involved.  In fact, I have run a National  installation team serving the Hospitality world.  It is my current, as well as previous roles, that I speak with authority in the area of installer competence and professionalism.

Earned trust is the best way I can describe my relationship with JDM.  I have used them on extremely high profile installations and each client has been extremely happy with the results.  Of course there are always issues on an installation.  How issues are handled sets JDM apart.  They are SO accommodating on an installation because they have already anticipated there will be issues (eg vehicles are not available for the install, the agency wants work done at odd times as a last minute request etc).   Each time, the request was met with “Of course, no problem.”  As the middle man between the client and the installation, Bach is not as delightful as those words from the install team.  You want the client happy, and so does JDM.

There is a constant battle in companies regarding employee installers VS outside installers.  One argument for employee installers is ‘you have more control over the employee and they will be more motivated to do a good job as an employee’.  The argument for outside installers is, ‘ you do not have an extra expense on your P&L and you are willing to deal with outside installer issues (again, because the assumption is an outside person does not have the same vested interest as an employee). 

JDM blows out this argument by performing better than an employee, and here is why.  They know that each install is an opportunity for failure unless you do EVERYTHING in your power to succeed.  Work odd hours – check.  Work long hours – check.  Work weekends – check.  Work a HOLIDAY- check. 

I will do anything in my power to help JDM.  Again, earned trust.
